Blake - Founder/CEO
Blake is the founder and CEO of Brinks Boring. Blake has built the company with a focus on growth, adaptability, and strong customer relationships. He enjoys finding new opportunities to expand the business and takes pride in seeing how far the company has come, along with the lasting relationships he's developed with customers along the way.
Outside of work, Blake enjoys working on cars, playing video games, and keeping his lawn in top shape. Above all, he values spending time with his wife and son. He's also known to smoke a mean brisket!
Chris - Superintendent
Chris has been part of Brinks Boring since the very beginning, Chris plays a key role in overseeing field operations and keeping projects running efficiently. He takes pride in creating a safe, productive work environment where strong communication and teamwork help projects run smoothly from start to finish.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys playing video games, trying new restaurants, and spending quality time with his fiancée. He also has a Golden Retriever named Maya, who occasionally makes a special appearance on the job site!
Kevin - CFO
As a member of Brinks Boring since its beginning, Kevin has played an important role in the company's financial operations and continued growth. He enjoys finding creative ways to reduce expenses, improve profitability, and identify opportunities that contribute to the company's long-term success. Kevin takes pride in developing practical financial strategies that help keep Brinks Boring moving forward.
Outside of work, Kevin enjoys camping, fishing, and relaxing with a good cigar. Family is especially important to him, and he enjoys spending time with his son, whether it's sharing weekend dinners or catching up around a fire. On his days off, you'll often find him walking his German Shepherd, Zeus, exploring new restaurants, or enjoying time with family.
Olivia - Office Administrator
Since joining Brinks Boring back in October 2023, Olivia has played an important role in supporting daily operations and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. She enjoys finding creative ways to improve processes, increase efficiency, and make life a little easier for the hardworking crews in the field. She takes priding in staying organized, solving problems, and helping the team succeed.
Outside of work, Olivia enjoys spending time with her husband, Blake, their son, and their 2 dogs, a German Shepherd and a mixed breed. An avid reader, she also loves spending her days off making memories with her family, whether that means visiting a museum, exploring a park, or finding something new to do together.
Cody - Foreman
With 7 years of experience in underground construction and nearly 3 years at Brinks Boring, Cody brings precision and dedication to every project. He particularly enjoys tackling complex directional bores involving multiple utilities and takes pride in quality workmanship, attention to detail, and positioning his crew for success.
Outside of work, Cody enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, Hailey, and their very spoiled Great Pyrenees, Theo. Having grown up on a farm and competed in fishing tournaments, Cody has always enjoyed the outdoors. These days you'll often find him and Hailey exploring local festivals, discovering new events, or taking Theo out on the trails.
David - Foreman
With 10 years of drilling experience, David joined Brinks Boring in June 2026, bringing a strong work ethic and dedication to getting the job done right the first time. He takes pride in leading an efficient, productive crew while maintaining a positive atmosphere on the job site.
Outside of work, David stays busy raising his 11-year-old son and helping run his family's livestock farm. He's also an active member of his small-town community, volunteering his time maintaining the local cemetery and helping with handyman projects at St. John the Baptist Church. And a surprising fact about David? He's a skilled ballroom dancer who also participates in line dancing competitions!
