This 22,500 pound tractor comes equipped with 4 tracks and a vibratory pow capable of installing fiber optic cable all the way up to 2” conduits 42” deep. This is our debut machine we send when there are not a lot of utilities in the area. We can install 5,000-15,000 linear feet of conduit per day with this machine
This Ditch Witch drill is what we use to lead the charge for the larger diameter pipe needs. This drill boasts an impressive powerhours while maintaining a smaller footprint to save on restoration costs. This drill can open holes as large as 20” in diameter. This drill also has 500’ of drill stem, and more can be acquired if/when needed.
Our most recent addition to the fleet is the 23x30 which boasts similar performance of the Ditch With JT24. This drill has allowed us to keep operators of both Ditch Witch and Vermeer controls happy by offering both pieces of equipment to our men.
This self-loading reel trailer allows us to pick up reels up to 10’ in diameter, and our cable pulling trailer (Larson) is able to install pull string or fiber in quick succession.
We locate our underground tooling with the Underground Magnetics Mag 8 for maximum accuracy of bore path and depth. This sonde locator is known for its ability to function properly where there are many conflicting frequencies in the area.
We also run the tried-and-true DCI F2 Falcon locator to help us with on-grade bores where timely pitch and clock updates are crucial.
We also have a Kubota U35-4, Bobcat E35, and a Bobcat E42 excavator as part of our fleet. Brinks Boring offers specialized training to each employee manning our excavators. Digging with many utilities around at any given moment requires specific skills that mini-excavator operators may not have learned from other fields of work.
